SHIPPING POLICY AND PRACTICES

We are working hard to be as acurate as we can with the website shipping prices, but sometimes mistakes do happen.  If your shipping amount seems unusually high, please write a note in the comments section of your order, then choose pay by check or money order.  We will then review your order, and recheck the shipping amount.  We'll let you know any changes that we can make, and then invoice you thru Paypal.

We prefer to ship United States Postal Service, however, the shipping option is up to you.  If you prefer a shipping method that is not listed, again, mark it in the comments section, and choose pay by check/money order.  We will revise it, and invoice you the correct amount.

RETURNS

Did you receive a product that you were unhappy with, or did we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product?  Rest assured that we pride ourselves on customer service, and our customers always come first.  If the error was ours, we will pay to ship you the right product.  If the error was yours (chose the wrong scent), then simply return the product to us, and we will re-ship your order, no questions asked.  We want all of our customers to be as happy as we are with our products.
